Service scope

Doctor on the Move provides virtual, lifestyle-focused weight and wellbeing support. The service does not prescribe weight-loss medication.

If you take medication prescribed elsewhere, your external prescriber remains responsible for medication management. Support from Doctor on the Move may include dietary, behavioural and lifestyle guidance.

Personalised support

Recommendations are personalised using the information you provide. Results cannot be guaranteed and progress varies between individuals.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to report relevant changes in your health, medication or circumstances.

Appointments and communication

This is not an emergency service. For urgent medical concerns, contact emergency services or an appropriate urgent-care provider.

Messaging support is not continuously monitored and is not suitable for urgent concerns. Appointment and programme wording remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

Cancellation and consumer rights

Please read the Programme Terms, including the cancellation and refund information, before continuing to secure payment.

Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights, including your rights where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill.

Privacy and optional sharing

Your information is used to provide and administer your care in line with the Privacy Notice. You may choose whether to share information from MyFitnessPal; this is optional.

Required acknowledgements
